Fred Applegate

Fred Allen Applegate, age 77 of Mt.Orab, Ohio died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at the Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia, Ohio. He was retired from Milacron. Fred was born March 19, 1938 in Bracken County, Kentucky the son of the late Fred E. and Mary R. (Bowling) Applegate. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane (French) Applegate in 2014 whom he married September 20, 1957, one grandson - Jay Applegate, three brothers and four sisters.
Mr. Applegate is survived by four sons - Steve Applegate and wife Sandy of Sardinia, Ohio, Darrell Applegate and wife Connie of Winchester, Ohio, Tony Applegate and wife Joni of Georgetown, Ohio and Scott Applegate and wife Angela of Sardinia, Ohio; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; six brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday March 27, 2015 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Sardinia Cemetery in Sardinia, Ohio.
