Wendell Cropper

Wm. Wendell Cropper, age 82, of Russellville, Ohio died Friday, June 2, 2006 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Mr. Cropper was a farmer, a graduate of the Russellville High School and attended the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Arnheim, Ohio. He was born on October 28, 1923 in Russellville, Ohio the son of the late Carey Clifton and Lulu (Shafer) Cropper. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Anne (Seaman) Cropper in 2000.

Mr. Cropper is survived by his son - Harold Cropper and wife, Becky of Russellville, Ohio; two grandchildren - Scott and Sherrill Cropper both of Russellville, Ohio and one sister - Ruth (Cropper) Miller of Georgetown, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Father Dohrman Byers will be the Celebrant. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Tuesday. Interment will be in the St. Mary Cemetery in Arnheim, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the Brown County Meals on Wheels, the Russellville Life Squad or Russellville Fire Department.
