Richard Lee Watters, age 75 of Georgetown, Ohio and formerly of Wilmington, Ohio died Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a retired mechanic and a United States Vietnam War Army veteran. Richard was born November 26, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late William Watters and Elizabeth (Shaffer) Watters Tissandier.
Mr. Watters is survived by one daughter – Louise Osborn of Xenia, Ohio; four grandchildren – Chasity Watters, Chanse Osborn, Caley Osborn and Casady Osborn; four great grandchildren and one sister – Sue Kratzer of Wilmington, Ohio.
Graveside Military services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, June 9, 2023 at the Mt.Orab Cemetery in Mt.Orab, Ohio with military services by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 of Georgetown, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
