Thomas Allen Rash, age 72 of Aberdeen, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Hospice of Hope Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville, Kentucky, after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease.  He was a long-time member of St. Michael Church in Ripley, Ohio and most recently a member of St. Patrick Church in Maysville, Kentucky.  He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.  Mr. Rash was born March 9, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Kenneth L. and Hazel (Germann) Rash.  He was also preceded in death by his brother – David J. Rash.

Mr. Rash is survived by his loving wife of thirty-four years – Agnes Hunt Rash; three sisters – Jan Rash Bennings (Jack) of Plantation, Florida, Barbara Rash Pawsat (Michael) of Independence, Kentucky and Jodie Rash Flack (Kenny) of Ewing, Kentucky; brother-in-law – Bobby Joe Hunt, Sr. (Connie) of Georgetown, Ohio; step-granddaughter – Amy Mitchell; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 11, 2021 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Ripley, Ohio.  Rev. Andrew Young will be the Celebrant.  Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. Monday at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio.  Interment will follow the funeral Mass in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley.

During the visitation and funeral Mass, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are required.
