Shelby Jean Staggs
February 16, 1939 — June 29, 2005
Shelby Jean Staggs, age 66, of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at her residence. Mrs. Staggs was a retired insurance agent for Sales and Cahall Insurance Agency, was a member of the Ripley Assembly of God and was an ordained minister. She was born in Higginsport, Ohio on February 16, 1939 the daughter of the late Mose Maynard and Grace (Boling) Dickinson of Georgetown, Ohio.
Mrs. Staggs is survived by her husband, James Staggs of Georgetown, Ohio; one son, Dan Staggs and wife, Sheree of Georgetown, Ohio; three grandchildren - Daniel, Matthew and Nathan Staggs; three great grandchildren - Jonathan, Hannah and Mason Staggs; her mother, Grace Dickinson; three half sisters, one half brother and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 3, 2005 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. James Robinson will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 P.M. Saturday evening. Interment will be in Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown.
