Shawn Edward Carrington, age 37 of Jersey City, New Jersey, died Monday, April 9, 2007 at the Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Carrington worked in food service. He was born on October 2, 1969 in Maysville, Kentucky the son of Dwight and Paulette (Pfeffer) Carrington of Amelia, Ohio.
Besides his parents Mr. Carrington is survived by one sister- Lynette Carrington of Amelia, Ohio; Paternal grandmother- Jeanette Carrington of Ripley, Ohio; Maternal grandmother- Myrtle Pfeffer of Ripley, Ohio and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 13, 2007 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12:00P.M. until the time of service. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio. If desired memorial contributions may be made to The American Lung Association, 7560 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio 45459.
