Ruby Lykins Baird

Ruby (Lykins) Baird, age 88 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, February 9, 2006 at the Villa Georgetown in Georgetown, Ohio. Mrs. Baird was the retired owner of the Beauty Bazaar Beauty Shop in Maysville, Kentucky for fifteen years. She was born on March 22, 1917 the daughter of the late Isaac M. and Anna Jane (Paynter) Lykins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Baird in 1995 and three brothers, Ray, Glenn and Dorsey Lykins.

Mrs. Baird is survived by one daughter - Patricia (Ryan) Ravencraft of Douglasville, Georgia; one step daughter - Pamela Baird Ellsworth of Fairfield, Ohio; one grandson - W. Eric Ravencraft of McDonough, Georgia and one brother - Gene Lykins of Rectorville, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 13, 2006 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Don Owens will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. Sunday. Interment will be in the Longview Cemetery in Bethel, Kentucky. Pallbearers will include Eric Ravencraft, Kent Ellsworth, Mike Carroll, Bill Watson and Glenn Gruber. If desired, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
