Roger P. Stultz, Sr., age 92 of Fayetteville, Ohio died Sunday, June 5, 2022 at the Laurels of Milford in Milford, Ohio. He worked for Walker Machinery Company for 38 years, a Sergeant for the United States Army serving in Korea with the Army Medical Aid Service from 1951 – 1953. Roger was awarded The Silver Star, Soldier's Medal and Purple Heart and inducted into The Ohio Military HOF for Valor in May 2010. He was an avid golfer, hunter and pilot. Roger was born March 12, 1930 in Mt. Orab, Ohio the son of the late Glenn and Grace (Stephens) Stultz. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife – Patricia Stultz; one daughter - Donna Stultz; six brothers and one sister.
Mr. Stultz is survived by four children - Dara Schanker and husband Gene, Treva Fitz, Roger Stultz Jr. and Timothy Stultz; eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren; one brother – Albert Stultz; one sister – Marilyn Peery and many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am Tuesday June 28, 2022 at the St. Angela Merici Parish in Fayetteville, Ohio. Visitation will be from 5:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. Monday, June 27, 2022 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Interment will be in the St. Patrick Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that masses be said in Roger’s name at the St. Angela Merici Parish, P.O. Box 279, Fayetteville, Ohio 45118. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to The Laurels of Milford – Activity Fund. 934 RT. 28, Milford, Ohio 45150.
