Rodney Fritz

Rodney Fritz, age 75 of Hamersville, Ohio died Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. He was retired from Cincinnati Milacron and was a Korean War Army Veteran. Mr. Fritz was born October 13, 1929 in Feesburg, Ohio, the son of the late Edward L and Isabel (Willson) Fritz. He was also preceeded in death by four brothers - Elwood, Alan Ray, Albert and Paul Fritz.
Mr. Fritz is survived by his wife - Ruth Ann (Brown) Fritz; one son - Jim Fritz of Williamsburg, Ohio; two daughters - JoLynn Hagar of Georgetown, Ohio and Barbara Vargo of Michigan; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers - Carl and Richard Fritz of Georgetown, Ohio and Ralph Fritz of Dennellon, Florida and two sisters - Helen Bastin of Williamsburg, Ohio and Laura Jean McGovern of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Brother Lloyd Hopper will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Tuesday. Interment will be in Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio with veteran services by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180. If desired, memorials may be made to the Hamersville Baptist Church Building Fund, 1661 S.R. 125, Hamersville, Ohio 45130.
