Richard Leroy Gilmore

Richard Leroy Gilmore, age 84 of Rocky River, Ohio died Monday, November 28, 2005 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Mr. Gilmore was a salesman for Tremco and a World War II U.S. Marine Corp. Veteran. He was born on November 9, 1921 in Akron, Ohio the son of the late John R. And Hazel (Kenilly) Gilmore. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary (Edmisten) Gilmore.
Mr. Gilmore is survived by two daughters - Betsy Pfeffer and husband Tony of Ripley, Ohio and Mary Blake Fanter of North Ridgeville, Ohio; one son - Richard Edmisten Gilmore and wife Barbara of Egg Harbor, New Jersey; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 1, 2005 at the Resthaven Memory Gardens Chapel in Avon, Ohio. Entombment will be in the Resthaven Memory Gardens following the service. If desired, memorials may be made to the Ohio Veterans Homes in Georgetown or Sandusky, Ohio. Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio is serving the family.
