Norman E. Bare

Norman E. Bare, age 91 of Aberdeen, Ohio died Friday, May 20, 2005 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ripley, Ohio. Mr. Bare was a farmer and a member of the Ripley Centenary United Methodist Church. He was born on October 3, 1913 in Lewis County, Kentucky the son of the late O.E. and Ida (Jones) Bare. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine (Haley) Bare in 1999, three brothers, Fleming, Harry and Joe Bare and four sisters, Bea Smith, Mary Fisher, Welzia Browning and Ada Bare.

Mr. Bare is survived by three sons - Wayne Bare and wife Ruth of Aberdeen, Ohio, Larry Bare and wife Linda of Warner Robbins, Georgia and Dale Bare and wife Peggy of Maysville, Kentucky; one daughter - Linda Bare of Aberdeen, Ohio; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers - Luther Bare of Germantown, Kentucky and Jimmie Bare of Batavia, Ohio and one sister - Ann England of Germantown, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, May 23, 2005 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Revs. Delmar Smith and Ken Spielvogel will officiate. Visitation will be from 11 - 1 on Monday. Interment will be in the Red Oak Cemetery.
