Mildred Marie Malott

Mrs. Mildred Marie Malott, age 88, of Sardinia, Ohio died Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at the Eastgate Health Care Center in Eastgate, Ohio. Mrs. Malott was a homemaker and worked in the dietary department of the Highland County Hospital. She was born in Feesburg, Ohio on July 6, 1918 the daughter of the late James Edward and Emma Newberry. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Malott; four sons - James Edward, Charles Ernest, John Robert and Stanley Dale Malott; one sister, Gertrude Boone and four brothers - Marvin, Earl, Homer and Raymond Newberry.

Mrs. Malott is survived by four sons - Howard Malott and wife, Patty of Sardinia, Ohio, Carl Malott of Sardinia, Ohio, Ray Malott and wife, Mary of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Delbert Malott of Sardinia, Ohio; one daughter - JoAnn Wagner and husband, Warren of Ash Ridge, Ohio; three daughters-in-law - Francie Malott of Louisville, Kentucky, Norma Malott of West Chester, Ohio and Elaine Malott of Brooksville, Ohio; 23 grandchildren - Lisa, Jerry, Johnny, Carol, Kathy, Ernie, Teresa, Shaine, Katrina, Amber, Scott, Todd, Brian, Stanley Jr., Jake and Laura Malott, Karen Staples, Cheri Reedy, Steve and Jeffery Gallimore, Josh Best, Rachael Swyers and Tina Jodrey; many great grandchildren, and two sisters - Ruth Liming of Georgetown, Ohio and Ethel Raines of Georgetown, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 19, 2006 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Brother Ron Greene will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:00 P.M. Saturday. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Hope, 415 A½ Home Street, Georgetown, Ohio 45121.
