Maxine Jones

Mrs. Maxine Jones, age 82, of Georgetown, Ohio died Sunday, August 28, 2005 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. Mrs. Jones was a health care worker and a member of the Ripley Church of the Nazarene. She was born in Fleming County, Kentucky on September 28, 1922 the daughter of the late Lott and Lucy (Reynolds) Brammel. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Mabel Hoy and four brothers - Charles and Earl Brammel and Cecil and Johnny Sammons.
Mrs. Jones is survived by nine children - Benny Jones of Dittmer, Missouri, Beulah Bauer of Cedarhill, Missouri, Judy Mason of Carl Junction, Missouri, Hanson Jones, Jr. of Ripley, Ohio, Karen Seip Tabeling of Georgetown, Ohio, Donna Elfers of Georgetown, Ohio, Vicky Eubanks of Hamersville, Ohio, Debbie Beckett of Seaman, Ohio and Jeff Jones of Hazelhurst, Georgia; 30 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and three sisters - Beulah Gray of Georgetown, Ohio, Coleen Jones of Hillsboro, Ohio and Betty Gilvin of Mishawaka, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 30, 2005 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Clark Castle will officiate. Visitation will be from 7 - 9 P.M. Monday evening. Interment will be in Hurst Cemetery in Wallingford, Kentucky.
