Marvin Landwehr

Marvin Matthew Landwehr, age 84 of Indianapolis, Indiana and formerly of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at his residence. He was a truck driver for Elliotts Trucking and Berks Trucking and a member of Teamsters Local 135. Marvin was born October 10, 1938 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Edward and Marie (Diss) Landwehr. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Janet Marie (Honaker) Landwehr in 2014; three brothers – Ronald, Leroy and Eugene Landwehr and one sister – Marien Mosbacker.

Mr. Landwehr is survived by one daughter – Melissa Landwehr and fiance David Ferrell of Indianapolis, Indiana; two grandchildren – Kamessa Abercrombie and husband Brent of Greenwood, Indiana and Cy LaRue of Indianapolis, Indiana; five great grandchildren – Blair and Brailynn LaRue and Walker, Layla and Belle Abercrombie and two sisters – Betty Berlin of Newton, Ohio and JoAnn Greber of Mt. Orab, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio.  Joe Strunk will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
