Margene Doyle

Mrs. Margene Doyle, age 69 of Ripley, Ohio died Monday, June 19, 2006 at her residence, after a long illness. She was a member of the Ripley Church of the Nazarene and The American Legion Auxiliary in Ripley. She retired from U.S. Shoe in Ripley, Ohio after 33 years of service and also worked at Brownings in Maysville for 5 years. Mrs. Doyle was born on July 19, 1936 in Ripley, Ohio the daughter of the late Henry and Ruby (Bradford) Minton. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Clara Jane Minton.

Mrs. Doyle is survived by her husband of 32 years William (Bill) Doyle; one daughter, Jennifer Long of Ripley; one son, Terry Minton of Ripley; five stepchildren - Becky Siemon, Gina McFarland, Terra Trees and Billy Doyle, all of Cincinnati, Ohio and Janet Koch of Columbus, Ohio; three sisters - Dorris Biddle of Antwerp, Ohio, Eileen Sexson of Russellville, Ohio and Linda Doyle of Aberdeen, Ohio; two brothers - Denver Minton of Florida and Ronnie Minton of Aberdeen, Ohio; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 24, 2006 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 9:00 PM Friday, June 23 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
