Lowell Young

Chester Lowell Young, age 81 of Middletown, Ohio and formerly of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, September 28, 2023 at the Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. He was retired from OPW and was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, boating, golfing four wheeling and traveling. Lowell was born May 26, 1942 in Mason County, Kentucky the only child of the late Dallas and Mary (Stamper) Young.

Mr. Young is survived by four children – Teresa Davis and husband Kent of Macon, Georgia, Deborah Wilson and husband Tim of Morrow, Ohio, Marie Orren of Ft, Myers, Florida and Chester Lowell Young, Jr. of Middletown, Ohio; three grandchildren – Christy Middlebrooks and husband Kyle of Macon, Georgia, Laura Bartholomew and husband Ryan of Kathleen, Georgia and Makenna Young of Middletown, Ohio and five great grandchildren – Kenleigh McWhirter, Jonah Stiles and Rylan, Kamryn and Bennett Bartholomew.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Monday, October 2, 2023 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
