Leon E. Bushong

Leon E. Bushong, age 95, of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. Mr. Bushong was a carpenter and a member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Arnheim, Ohio. He was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana on March 15, 1909 the son of the late Roy J. and Myrtle (Dunn) Bushong.
Mr. Bushong is survived by one daughter - Nancy Ashmore of Georgetown, Ohio; one son - William Bushong of Georgetown, Ohio; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family on Monday, October 18, 2004 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. There will be no visitation. Interment will be in Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the Ohio Valley Manor Activities Fund, 5280 US Rtes, 62 & 68, Ripley, OH 45167.
