Laymon Royalty, age 76 of Hamersville, Ohio died Sunday, December 26, 2004 at the Anderson Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Royalty was retired from Cincinnati Milacron and was a Korean War Army veteran. He was born on August 15, 1928 in Brown County, Ohio the son of the late Prince and Lucy (Kurtz) Royalty.

Mr. Royalty is survived by his wife - June (Hile) Royalty; five children - Jeffrey (Lola Burns) Royalty of Ripley, Ohio; Jonathan (Teresa Collins) Royalty of Hamersville, Ohio, Marcie (Martin) Rolph of Felicity, Ohio, Mitchell (Carla Ballein) Royalty of Georgetown, Ohio and Laurie (Colin) Orr of Hamersville, Ohio; eleven grandchildren - Dr. Cain (Jennifer) Royalty of Salt Lake City, Utah, Jennifer ( Scott) Eagan of Ripley, Ohio, Andrea (Jason) DeBord of Georgetown, Ohio, Andrew Royalty of Georgetown, Ohio, Kirk (Kirsten) Rolph of Maysville, Kentucky, Amanda (Bryan) Poole of Ripley, Ohio, Ethan Laymon Rolph of Felicity, Ohio, Megan and Devin Royalty both of Georgetown, Ohio and Morgan and Nicholas Orr both of Hamersville, Ohio; four great-grandchildren - Jackson & Jeffrey Charles Eagan, Andrew Joseph Royalty and Carson Nicholas Rolph; three brothers - Mammon and Maurice Royalty both of Cincinnati, Ohio and Handy Royalty of Bethel, Ohio; three sisters - Louise Swartz and Elsie Buerkle both of Cincinnati, Ohio and Della Bishop of Lake Placid, Florida.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 30, 2004 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Mike Starkey will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5 - 9 P.M. Wednesday. Interment will be in the Rosehill Cemetery in Feesburg, Ohio with veterans services by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180. If desired, memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, Ohio River Valley Chapter, 7124 Miami Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243.
