Juanita (Lowe) Goolsby

Juanita Ruth Goolsby, age 90 of Mt. Orab, Ohio died Thursday, November 10, 2022 at the Villa Georgetown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Georgetown, Ohio. She was a secretary for Goolsby Insurance and a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Juanita was born December 11, 1931 in Kentucky the daughter of the late Samuel Arthur and Kathleen (Hamm) Lowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years – Charles Goolsby in 2019; one son - Chuck Greene and two brothers – Franklin and Clinton Lowe.

Mrs. Goolsby is survived by two sons – Michael Greene and wife Brenda of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Sam Green and wife Lisa of Batavia, Ohio; one stepson – Richard Goolsby and wife Cheryl of Loveland, Ohio; one stepdaughter - Vicki Stephens and husband Doyle of Pleasant Plain, Ohio; sixteen grandchildren and thirty-one great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the Bible Baptist Church, 990 W. Main Street, Mt. Orab, Ohio. Ted House and Sam Greene will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Saturday at the church. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
