Joyce Lucille Prather

Mrs. Joyce Lucille Prather, age 70, of Higginsport, Ohio died Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at her residence. Mrs. Prather was a homemaker. She was born in Brown County, Ohio on February 2, 1935 the daughter of the late Henry and Mabel (Flora) Hiser. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Prather, two sisters - Betty DeVaughn and Wally Godby and one brother, Junior Hiser.

Mrs. Prather is survived by three sons - Gregory and Steve Prather both of Higginsport, Ohio and Christopher Prather of Utopia, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, two brothers - Bobby Hiser of Florida and Eddie Hiser of Georgetown, Ohio and a niece, Dawn Godby.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, October 16, 2005 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12 - 2 P.M. Sunday. Interment will be in Shinkles Ridge Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
