Joshua Haden Thornberry

Joshua Haden Thornberry, 34 of Maysville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023 at U.C. Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born December 1, 1988 in Maysville, Kentucky.

Joshua is survived by his mother Sherrie (Pollitt) Mefford of Maysville, Kentucky, one brother – Robert Mefford (Paulette) of Maysville; one sister – Lacee Mains of Maysville; three nephews – Jaxson Mains, Tucker Mains and Robert Mefford, Jr.; one niece – Payzlee Mefford; maternal grandfather – Elwood Pollitt; great-aunt – Dona Rice; close friends that he loved dearly – Kent Moore, Kenny Darnell and Bradley Pollitt; several aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother – Frances Jean Pollitt; paternal grandparents – Haden Thornberry and Darlene Thornberry; aunt – Darlene Horn.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio.  Kent Moore will officiate.  Memorial visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Saturday.  Inurnment will follow the memorial service in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley.
