John Ora Heflin

John Ora Heflin, age 64 of Hamilton, Ohio and formerly of Aberdeen, Ohio died Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the Hospice of Cincinnati Twin Towers in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born June 10, 1957 in Loveland, Ohio the son of the late John Lewis and Donna Jean (Upland) Heflin. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son – Little John, two sisters – Charlene Stone and Margaret Kay Allen and one brother – Douglas Dean Heflin.
Mr. Heflin is survived by four daughters – Brenda Bellamy of West Union, Ohio, Mary Pritchett and husband Michael of Ripley, Ohio, Julie Heflin of West Union, Ohio and Sara Heflin of Aberdeen, Ohio; three sisters – Lucinda Bryant and husband Osric of Lancaster, California, Carol and Robert Boardman of Avon Park, Florida and Connie Heflin of Brooksville, Kentucky; eight grandchildren – four great grandchildren; twenty-two nieces and nephews and eighteen great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio. Pastor Chuck Reeves will officiate. Following the burial, Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the Centenary United Methodist Church, 110 North Second Street, Ripley, Ohio 45167. The Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley is serving the family.
