Jimmie Roger Fite

Mr. Jimmie Roger Fite, age 60 of Ripley, Ohio, died Sunday, September 17, 2006 at his residence, after an extended illness. He was a farmer. He was born on July 17, 1946 in Vanceburg, KY., the son of the late James and Edna (Moore) Fite.

Mr. Fite is survived by his wife and companion of thirty three years, Marsha(Jolley) Fite; one daughter, Pamela Shawn Schmidt of Copper's Cove, Texas; two sons - Jimmie "J.D." Fite and wife Amy of Aberdeen, Ohio and Gary Keith Jolley and wife Babetta of Ripley, Ohio; five granddaughters and seven grandsons; three sisters - Marcella Bennett and husband Paul of Springfield, Ohio, Brenda Caudwell and husband Chet of Portsmouth, Ohio and Rita Ginn and husband Donnie of Vanceburg, KY.; one brother, Brent Fite and wife Sharon of Vanceburg, KY.; his mother-in-law, Mildred Jolley Loper of Aberdeen, Ohio; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 19 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
