James Earl Regenstein

James Earl Regenstein, age 62 of Ripley, Ohio died Friday, July 9, 2004 at Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. Mr. Regenstein was a laborer, a member of the local union #265 and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Ripley, Ohio. He was born on February 22, 1942 in Ripley, Ohio the son of the late Kenneth Regenstein and Gertrude (Hauke) Regenstein of Ripley, Ohio. Besides his father, he was also preceded in death by a grandson, Devin Fagen.
Mr. Regenstein is survived by one son - James Earl Regenstein, Jr. of Ripley, Ohio; five daughters - Darlene Flannery, Angie Regenstein, Kim McCaughey, Michelle Regenstein and Sue List, all of Ripley, Ohio; his mother - Gertrude Regenstein of Ripley, Ohio; eleven grandchildren; one sister - Carol Fultz of Ripley, Ohio and two brothers - Bill and Tom Regenstein, both of Ripley, Ohio.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at the St. Michael Catholic Church in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Dohrman Byers will be the Celebrant. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Monday at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Interment will be in Red Oak Cemetery . If desired, memorials may be made to the St. Michael School, 300 Market Street, Ripley, Ohio 45167.
