Iva Collett

Mrs. Iva Collett, age 76, of Decatur, Ohio died Monday, December 19, 2005 at her residence. Mrs. Collett was a nurse. She was born in Bell County, Kentucky on June 18, 1929 the daughter of the late Lindsey Nathaniel and Millie Alice (Hoskins) Cox. She was also preceded in death by two brothers - Chris and Lowell Cox.

Mrs. Collett is survived by her husband, Howard Collett, five sons - Howard L. Collett, Jr. of Felicity, Ohio, William Collett of Russellville, Ohio, Wendell Collett of Chillicothe, Ohio, Michael Collett of Winchester, Ohio and John Collett of West Union, Ohio; one daughter - Jacqueline Bush of Decatur, Ohio; 12 grandchildren - Nicki Collett, Adam Collett, Emily Collett, Danielle Swartz, Jeremy Collett, Michael Collett, Jr., Justin Collette, Brandon Bush, Samantha Collett, Erin Collett, Ashley Collett, and Austin Collett; five great grandchildren; four brothers - Tom Cox of Mt. Carmel, Ohio, Paul, Wayne, and Lindsey Cox all of Cincinnati, Ohio and four sisters - Elsie Young of Eastgate, Ohio, Judith Garrison of Amelia, Ohio, Mattie Garrison of Alabama and Delores Doan of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 23, 2005 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Robert Fyffe will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 P.M. Thursday evening. Interment will be in the Decatur Cemetery.
