Irene Mary Haitz

Irene Haitz, age 83 of Ripley, Ohio died Thursday, February 10, 2005 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ripley, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Ripley, Ohio. Mrs. Haitz was born on December 25, 1921 in Wrigley, Kentucky the daughter of the late Maxie and Stella (Howard) Fannin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Tom Haitz and three brothers.

Mrs. Haitz is survived by two daughters - Linda Lenox and husband Steve of Union, Kentucky and Lyra Cahall and husband Dennis of Georgetown, Ohio; two sons - Tim Haitz and wife Kerry and Mark Haitz and wife Tina all of Southlake, Texas; thirteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers and seven sisters.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 14, 2005 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. Monday at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Interment will be in the Maplewood Cemetery.

If desired, memorials may be made to the Irene Haitz Memorial Fund for Willow Hall at the Ohio Valley Manor, 5280 Rts. 62 & 68, Ripley, Ohio 45167.
