Ida Pearl Schadle, age 86 of Georgetown, Ohio died Friday, May 11, 2007 at the Hospice of Cincinnati East in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mrs. Schadle was a homemaker and a member of the Georgetown United Methodist Church. In her earlier years she taught Sunday school classes at the Fairview Methodist Church and was currently teaching the Philathea Sunday School Class at the Georgetown United Methodist Church. She was retired farmer's wife of thirty years, a Grange lecturer from the 1950's until the 1980's, a member of the Brown County Genealogical Society and was a seamstress since 1970. Mrs. Schadle was born on April 23, 1921 in Adams County, Ohio the daughter of the late James W. and Lydia Frances (Riley) Ogden. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fred Francis Schadle in 1989, one son, Fred in 1970, three brothers, Nelson, Oakley and Thomas Ogden and one sister, Mary Alice Ogden.

Mrs. Schadle is survived by two sisters - Edna Parr of Georgetown, Ohio and Katie Fender of New Vienna, Ohio, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 14, 2007 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Carla Warren will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to the Georgetown Methodist Church, 217 S. Main Street, Georgetown, Ohio 45121.
