Harry Tyler Donald

Harry Tyler Donald, age 78 of Ripley, Ohio died Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, KY.. He was a United States Army Korean War Veteran and a member of The First Presbyterian Church in Ripley, Ohio. He operated The Donald's Ten Pump Gas Station on the outskirts of Ripley for many years and later worked as a security guard. Mr. Donald was born March 4, 1928 in Ripley, Ohio. the son of the late Carl F. And Gladys (Wiles) Donald, Sr.. He was also preceded in death by three brothers - John, Carl, Jr. and Calvin Donald.

Mr. Donald is survived by his loving wife of forty two years, Wanda (Day) Donald; one daughter, Jennifer Schadle and husband Adam of Higginsport, Ohio; one son, Jeff Donald and wife Clara of Chesapeake, Virginia; four grandchildren; three sisters - Cubberly Cross of Cherry Fork, Ohio, Susan Runyan of Clayton, Indiana and Virginia Blanton.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 18, 2006 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. James Rawlings will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
