Frederick Bohl

Frederick Earl Bohl, age 89 of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at the Lodge Care Center in Loveland, Ohio. He was a retired self-employed trucking owner/operator. Fred was born February 12, 1935 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of the late Gilbert Earl and Emma Viola (Fite) Bohl. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife – Ruth (Hawkins) Bohl in 2018; one son – Michael Bohl and four brothers – William K., Douglas, Paul A. and Tony B. Bohl.

Mr. Bohl is survived by two daughters – Melody Songer and husband George of Cincinnati, Ohio and Donna Newberry and husband Larry of Georgetown, Ohio; five grandchildren – Tara Songer (Matt Brinck) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Amy Songer-Finch and husband Josh of Cincinnati, Ohio, Krystle Gauche and husband Rick of Fayetteville, Ohio, Kristina Newberry of Georgetown, Ohio and Bret Bohl of Mt. Orab, Ohio and seven great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 6, 2024 at the Williamsburg Cemetery in Williamsburg, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
