Fred Denny,age 66 of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at the Villa Georgetown in Georgetown, Ohio. Mr. Denny was retired after twenty-seven years in assembly with Cincinnati Milacron. He was a United States Marine Viet Nam War veteran, a member of the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180, a Right Worshipful Brother of the Masonic Lodge F & AM #72, the District Deputy Grand Master of the Sixth Masonic District and a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati. He was born On May 12, 1939 in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Forest and Sarah (King) Denny. As a child he was raised by Fred Tipton of Middletown, Ohio and the late Leona Tipton.

Mr. Denny is survived by his wife - Mattie (Keith) Denny, they were married on September 3, 1959; two sons - Brian Denny of Miamisburg, Ohio and Stacey Denny of Georgetown, Ohio; one daughter - Deborah Edmisten of Georgetown, Ohio; six grandchildren; one brother - Jim Denny of Ft. Myers, Florida and one sister - Mary Blankenship of Crossville, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 7, 2006 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Tom Claibourne will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Saturday with Masonic and Scottish Rite Services at 7:45 P.M.. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the Georgetown Masonic Lodge F&AM #72, P.O. Box 428, Georgetown, Ohio 45121 or to Villa Georgetown, 8065 Dr. Faul Road, Georgetown, Ohio 45121.
