Frank Baker

Frank David Baker, age 60 of Winchester, Ohio died Friday, January 15, 2021 at the Hospice of Cincinnati East in Anderson Township, Ohio. He was born February 11, 1960 in California the son of Elnora O’Leary (Dick) Baker and the late Donald Baker.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Baker is survived by his wife – Peggy (Evans) Baker; two sons – Todd Heath (Mandy Baker) of Batavia, Ohio and Bill Heath of Kentucky; seven grandchildren – Kayla Heath and Todd Heath, Jr. both of Eastgate, Ohio, Remington Heath of Batavia, Ohio, Brian Vernier of Winchester, Ohio and Julie Vernier, Anthony Evans and Zoie Evans all of Batavia, Ohio; one brother – Joey Baker of South Dakota and Barbara Baker McCoy of Oregon.
Following cremation, services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab is serving the family.
