Everett Thomas Flora

Everett Thomas Flora, age 77 of Higginsport, Ohio, died Saturday, March 4, 2006 at his residence. He was a farmer and a member of Shinkle's Ridge Christian Church, near Higginsport, Ohio. He was also known for his great love of working on lawn mowers. Mr. Flora was born on August 9, 1928 in Utopia, Ohio the son of the late Vannie and Lydia (King) Flora. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Harold Flora.
Mr. Flora is survived by his loving wife of forty-two years, Ruth (Bartley) Flora; three daughters - Tracy Frodge of Ripley, Ohio; Ellen Patrick of Ripley, Ohio and Elaine Muncy of Felicity, Ohio; seven grandchildren and one sister, Ellen Golfman of Higginsport, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. John Bender will officiate. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Shinkle's Ridge Cemetery near Higginsport, Ohio.
