Dorothy Helen Mckee

Mrs. Dorothy Helen McKee, age 74, of Hamersville, Ohio died Saturday, January 15, 2005 at her daughter's residence in Maysville, Kentucky. Mrs. McKee was a homemaker, farmer and also worked at the Hamersville Food Mart. She was born in Brookline, Massachusetts on April 19, 1930 the daughter of the late Girvan and Helen (Connolly) Fields. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Martin McKee.

Mrs. McKee is survived by one son - David McKee and wife, Sally of Hamersville, Ohio; three daughters - Karen Hummel and husband, Tim of Maysville, Kentucky, Laura Flynn of Amelia, Ohio and Donna Barnes and husband, Doug of Amelia, Ohio; son-in-law, Tom Flynn of Bethel, Ohio; sister, Beverly Smith of Boston, Massachusetts; seven grandchildren - Jaime, Cindy and fiance, Brandon Douglass and Michelle Hummel all of Maysville, Kentucky; John and Patty McKee of Hamersville, Ohio, Peggy Baca and husband, Theo of Amelia, Ohio and Brittany Barnes of Amelia, Ohio; and one great granddaughter - Maci Baca.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Dave Beran will officiate. Visitation will be from 12 - 2 P.M. Tuesday afternoon at the funeral home. Interment will be in Rosehill Cemetery in Feesburg, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Hope or the American Cancer Society.
