Dorothy Hannah Lang

Mrs. Dorothy Hannah Lang, age 83, of Georgetown, Ohio died Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at the Ohio Valley Manor. Mrs. Lang was a Nurses Aide at the Ohio Valley Manor and was a member of the Feesburg Worship Center. She was born on May 22, 1923 in Lewis County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Thomas and Nancy (Smith) McCleese. She was also preceded in death by two sons - Carl Vernon Lang, Jr. and Terry Cooper; one daughter - JoAnn Lang; three brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Lang is survived by her husband of 49 years - Carl Lang; three sons - Jack, Ron and Rick Cooper all of Mt. Orab, Ohio; three daughters - Shirley Stewart of Hamersville, Ohio, Judy Hopkins of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Beverly Gilpin of Georgetown, Ohio; 26 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, one step daughter - Cindy Nicholson of North Carolina; four sisters - Opal Duff of Michigan, Imogene French of Kentucky, Irene Richey of Ripley, Ohio and Eleanor Lawrence of Bethel, Ohio; and three brothers - Avery McCleese of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Junior McCleese of Maysville, Kentucky and Clinton McCleese of Wyandot, Michigan.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday, September 8, 2006 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Thursday. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
