Dean Stevenson
March 13, 1937 — February 15, 2007
Mr. Gail Dean Stevenson, age 69 of Ripley, Ohio, died Thursday, February 15, 2007 at The Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center near Ripley. He was a Veteran of The United States Navy. He was also a carpenter and member of The Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters. Mr. Stevenson was born on March 13, 1937 in Higginsport, Ohio the son of the late Carlton and Catherine (Tolin) Stevenson. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Lynn White and one brother, Carlton (Bud) Stevenson.
Mr. Stevenson is survived by three sisters - Merry Rigg of Ripley, Ohio, Janet Munson of Lincoln, Nebraska and Charlene Regenstein of Ripley, Ohio; one brother, Charles Ray Stevenson of Dayton, Ohio; one step-sister, Clarissa Manley of Georgetown, Ohio; two step brothers - Bobby and Gene McKibben, both of Georgetown, Ohio; many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 2007 at The Ripley Church of the Nazarene. There will be no visitation. Interment will take place in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
