David Martin Guenther

David Martin Guenther, age 56 of Georgetown, Ohio died Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at the Mt. Orab Mercy Medical Center in Mt. Orab, Ohio. He was a real estate sales agent with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, a former Georgetown Village Council Member and served in the United States Navy in the Gulf War. David was born May 6, 1968 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Karen (Mahlerwein) Guenther of Cincinnati, Ohio and the late Harry Guenther.

Mr. Guenther is survived by his wife of thirty-five years – Melca (Taglucop) Guenther whom he married August 5, 1989; three children – Jimmy Guenther of Cincinnati, Ohio, Christina Guenther of Georgetown, Ohio and Marybeth Guenther of Georgetown, Ohio; three grandchildren – Lilah, Jordan and Anna; his mother – Karen Guenther of Cincinnati, Ohio; two brothers – Doug Guenther of Cincinnati, Ohio and Dan Guenther of Naples, Florida and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, August 12, 2024 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Jason Galley will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Monday. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio with Military Services by the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180.
