Charles Elmer Wohleber

Charles Elmer Wohleber, age 75, of Ash Ridge, Ohio died Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Wohleber was a farmer, Korean War Army veteran and a member of the Russellville American Legion Post. He was born in Ash Ridge, Ohio on February 5, 1929 the son of the late Elmer Lawrence and Mary Elizabeth (Green) Wohleber. He was also preceded in death by two infant sisters and a grandson, Eric James Mitchell.

Mr. Wohleber is survived by his wife of 51 years, Shirley (Davis) Wohleber; two daughters - Debbie Mitchell and husband, Jim of Russellville, Ohio and Cindy Lewis and husband, Steve of Maysville, Kentucky; three grandchildren - Matt and Heidi Mitchell and Brandi Lewis and two sisters - Wilma Tracy and Freda Wagel.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 17, 2004 at the Peace Lutheran Church in Arnheim, Ohio. Rev. John Place will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 P.M. Friday evening at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Interment will be in the Peace Lutheran Cemetery in Arnheim, Ohio with veteran services at the gravesite. If desired, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
