Charles David Whisman, 61 of Ripley, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, Kentucky. He was born June 13, 1963 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of the late George and Dorothy (McKinzie) Whisman.
Mr. Whisman is survived by his loving wife of twenty-nine years – Cheryl Whisman; four children – Crystal Moninger (Nicholas) of Reading, Ohio, Melissa Whisman of Georgetown, Ohio, Elizabeth Whisman of Georgetown, Ohio and Charles “Chuck” Whisman, Jr. of Maysville, Kentucky; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; seven siblings – Ronald Whisman of Texas, Connie Sebree (Stanley) of Georgetown, Ohio, Tom Whisman (Debbie) of Hamersville, Ohio, William Whisman (Teresa) of Wahlsburg, Ohio, June Wilcox of Cincinnati, Ohio, Lorena Jean Frazier (Elmer) of Georgetown, Ohio and Dennis Whisman (Kim) of Mt. Orab, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Scott Wilburn will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Wednesday. Interment will follow the funeral service in Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
