Charles Ray Moore

Charles Ray Moore, age 72 of Russellville, Ohio, died Monday September 11, 2006 at Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. He was retired from General Motors and was a farmer. Mr. Moore was also a member of The Deer Park Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Moore was born on July 18, 1934 in Bourbon Co., KY. the son of Mary L. (Grayson) Moore and the late Charles Richard Moore. He was also preceded in death by one brother, John Moore and two sisters, Myrtle Fae Cyrus and Dorothy Reynolds.

Besides his mother, Mr. Moore is survived by three daughters - Sharon Hughes and Raejean Haitz, both of Ripley, Ohio and Connie Vicars of Shelbyville, KY.; seven grandchildren; one sister - Anna Joyce Bouley of Sanford, Florida.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 14, 2006 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Don Owens will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Hiett's Chapel Cemetery near Ripley, Ohio.
