Carol Denise (Charles) Frazier

Carol Denise Frazier, age 59 of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a retired material handler for the United States Playing Card Company and a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Denise was born July 6, 1965 in Adams County, Ohio the daughter of Jerry and JoAnn (Grooms) Charles of Williamsburg, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Frazier is survived by her husband – James W. Frazier; one son – James Brandon Frazier of Mt. Orab, Ohio; one sister – Angela Moore and husband Jeff of Mt. Orab, Ohio; one brother – Jerry “J.R.” Charles and wife Jessica of Mt. Orab, Ohio and five nieces and nephews – Justin Charles and wife Emily of Amelia, Ohio, Kyle Moore of Roanoke, Virginia and Nicholas Charles, Caleb Charles and Emma Charles all of Mt. Orab, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, August 2, 2024 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Ted House will officiate. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Williamsburg Cemetery in Williamsburg, Ohio.
