Butch Scott

Wilbur E. "Butch" Scott, age 59 of Ripley, Ohio, died Sunday, March 18, 2007 at The Golden Living Center in Vanceburg, KY.. He was a foreman for the former U.S. Shoe Factory in Ripley and was a member of The Ripley Church of the Nazarene. He was born on Feb 4, 1948 in Vanceburg, KY. the son of the late Wilbur E. And Anna Louise (Lewis) Scott. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Nelson and Kenny Scott.

Mr. Scott is survived by his wife, Judy (Patten) Scott; one daughter, Michelle Teegarden of Ripley, Ohio; one son, Rodney Scott of Vanceburg, KY.; four grandchildren; three step grandchildren; one great grandson; two sisters, Nancy Johnson and Ramona Bivens, both of Vanceburg, KY.; one brother, John Scott of Vanceburg, KY..

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Clark Castle will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio. If desired, memorials may be made to: Hospice of Hope or to The Golden Living Center in Vancebug, KY..
