Betty L. Long

Mrs. Betty L. Long, age 80 of Georgetown, Ohio, died Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at her residence. She was a homemaker. She was born on July 11, 1925 in Ripley, Ohio the daughter of the late William Andrew and Laura Murl (Shelton) Dyer. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Long and one brother, Leland Dyer.

Mrs. Long is survived by four daughters - Pam Wardlow of Winter Haven, Florida, Debra Marks of Mt. Carmel, Ohio, Angie Jimison of Georgetown, Ohio and Erin Smith of Hilliard, Ohio; one son, Fred Long of Georgetown, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Moe of Hamilton, Ohio.

Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 4, 2006 at Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. David Wirth will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. Saturday, June 3 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Confidence Cemetery.
