Troy Gross

Troy J. Gross, age 76 of Bethel, Ohio died Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the Mt.Orab Mercy Medical Center in Mt.Orab, Ohio. He was a retired mechanic and a United States Korean War Army veteran. Troy was born September 22, 1937 in Ferndale, Kentucky the son of the late Elijah and Morine (Baker) Gross. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter – Teresa Switzer, one son – John Christopher Gross and one granddaughter - Kaitlin Gross.

Mr. Gross is survived by his wife of forty-six years – Nancy (Faulkner) Gross whom he married February 7, 1968; two sons – Jim Faulkner and wife Louise of Bethel, Ohio and Jeremy Gross of Hillsboro, Ohio; four grandchildren – Jimmy Faulkner and wife Felisha of Dayton, Tennessee, Justin Faulkner of Sales Creek, Tennessee, Monica Arnett of Eastgate, Ohio and Matthew Arnett of Bethel, Ohio; two brothers – Hubert Turner of Bethel, Ohio and Harrison Turner and wife Jean of Aberdeen, Ohio and one sister – Viola Rayles and husband Carl of Owensville, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the New Harmony Cemetery near Mt.Orab, Ohio.
